Tops, Bottoms, and Versatiles: What Straight Views of Penetrative Preferences Could Mean for Sexuality Claims Under Price Waterhouse

abstract. This Essay reports the results of a survey experiment that we conducted on over eight hundred heterosexual respondents to compare associational attitudes toward gay men who engage in different types of sexual practices. Specifically, we randomly assigned respondents to catch one of three descriptions of a gay character, which differed only with regard to the character’s penetrative preference: top (preferring to penetrate one’s partner), bottom (preferring to be penetrated by one’s partner), and versatile (having an equal preference). Overall, we find that heterosexuals displayed heightened and statistically significant associational aversion toward versatile characters and, to a lesser degree, toward bottom characters, relative to respondents’ willingness to associate with uppermost characters. We elaborate why heterosexuals sound to display systematically less associational aversion toward those men whose penetrative liking is most consistent with gender stereotypes. Based on those results, we revisit the notion, adopted by many courts, th

I have the equal issues on Mac as well. I had no issues with the Cap's route, but the option you possess after Driller reveals his name leads me to the error below

I copied the error code here without the full traceback if that's what you asked for:

EDIT

As Mattific said the Lascivion route has the same error:

Ask any gay man, and he’ll tell you that the world is full of bottoms. “Bottom, bottom, bottom, bottom, bottom,” my comrade Chris said to peels of laughter in reference to everyone at a recent (and very gay) dinner party. They’ll narrate you that “New York is a bottom town,” as claimed one subject of a New York Magazine piece from 2003, or that “maybe there are like five tops in the universe,” as the author of a Thought Catalogpost about the perils of bottoming had it. Similaranecdotesabound, which prompts the question: How are gay men getting any D in the B if everyone throws their ankles up in the air as soon as they get within three feet of the nearest mattress? Are there really more bottoms than tops in the world? And just how many bottoms and tops are out there, really?

Statistics, at least, don’t seem to bear these assumptions out. Grindr added the option to list one’s preferred position in their profile for the first period this September. Since then, 6 percent of daily users have identified themselves as tops and only four percent as bottoms, according to a symbolize

Abstract

Research on same-sex attracted and bisexual men's sexual position self-label (i.e., being a superior, bottom, or versatile during anal sex) has revealed only independent snapshots of its development by focusing primarily on the affect of penis size. Moreover, the basic chronology of development of the sexual position self-label has barely been addressed. In response, we implemented a survey of 282 gay and bisexual men that measured demographics (including height and penis size), age of sexual recognitions, sexual position self-label, and attitudinal constructs suggested by previous literature as important (e.g., pleasure, control, anxieties, and gender typicality). Results suggested that men's sexual position self-labe
